Located alongside the Salzach River, the project recalls the 19th-century villas that once thrived along its banks with boasting gardens and timeless elegance. The new building revolves around a concept of stacked housing, blending functionality with contemporary aesthetics. Each floor showcases two spacious apartments, complemented by a penthouse with a roof garden deck with swimming pool. The exposed concrete structure reimagines the classic loggias found in those villas, granting residents ample access to vast outdoor terraces.
